Inuyasha X Reader

You were walking home from school, your backpack heavy from all the books you had to take home. You needed them in order to do your homework. Just as you were about to run so you could get home faster, footsteps could be heard behind you. Someone called out to you. “Hey! There you are, Y/n!” You turned your head and saw that Inuyasha was standing behind you.

“Inuyasha, what are you doing here?” You asked. “You took so long getting back, so I came looking for you.” “Listen, I had a long school day today and my backpack’s so heavy because of all my school books. That’s why it took so long for me to walk home today.” You explained. Inuyasha could see that you were exhausted, and the next thing you knew, he took your backpack from off your shoulders. “There. Does that feel better, Y/n?” You smiled and nodded. “Thank you, Inuyasha.” “No problem at all.” He grinned at you.

Then, you both started to walk in the direction of your house. Neither of you said much, just looked at each other now and then, blushing a bit too.  “Um, hey…” Inuyasha began. You looked at him, wondering what he was going to say to you. “What is it, Inuyasha?” “Why don’t you just stay with me in the Feudal Era forever, Y/n?” He asked.
